Writing about gritting teeth


Writing can be a challenge some days—today was one of those.

The reality of the following line hit home today:

  1. Breaking that expanse of clean paper can be hard, but it’s a worthy sacrifice.

    I had the same problem with drawing; getting started could be the hardest part.
